Yes.
You may purchase a single 55-minute lesson.
New students can apply a $10 discount code once on their first purchase.
It’s a full, formal lesson — not a trial.
Each lesson is 55 minutes.
Lessons start and end on time.
Teachers will wait for the full 55 minutes, but lessons are not extended for late arrivals.
You must book at least 2 days in advance.
For example, if today is February 24, the earliest available lesson is February 27.
You may book up to 60 days ahead, depending on teacher availability.
Yes.
Once you purchase a package, you are free to book lessons with any available teacher.
You may switch teachers at any time — no restrictions.
You may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
If you cancel late, do not attend, or leave early, the lesson will still be counted and is non-refundable.
If a teacher cancels, the lesson credit will be returned to your account.
All purchases — including single lessons and packages — are non-refundable.
We encourage students to review their schedule before purchasing.
Yes, lessons have a validity period:
• 1 lesson — valid for 3 months
• 10 lessons — valid for 6 months
• 20 lessons — valid for 12 months
Unused lessons cannot be extended beyond the validity period.

After each lesson, your teacher will update:
• Lesson notes
• Homework (if assigned)
• Personalized feedback
You can review everything anytime in your Member Center.
This allows you to focus more on speaking and listening during class.
You will need:
• A stable internet connection
• A computer or mobile device
• Headphones with a microphone
• Access to Google Meet
You’ll receive the meeting link after booking.
